Mouse Controls:

Left Click:

- Place selected tile / Use selected tool (Eraser, Move).
- On existing tile with Text Tool: Open text edit.
- With Text Painter: Apply stored text to tile.
- During Paste: Confirm action.

Left Click + Drag:

- Place multiple tiles (if tile tool selected).
- Erase multiple tiles (if Eraser selected).
- Move a tile (if Move Tool selected and initiated on a tile).
- Apply Text Painter text to multiple tiles.
- Draw selection box (if Selection Tool selected).

Right Click:

- Pan the grid.

Right Click (on selected tile with Selection Tool):

- Open context menu (Copy, Delete).

Mouse Wheel:

- Zoom In / Zoom Out.

General Hotkeys:

Ctrl/Cmd + Z:

Undo last action.

Ctrl/Cmd + Y:

Redo last undone action.

Ctrl/Cmd + C:

Copy selected tiles.

Ctrl/Cmd + V:

Initiate paste of copied tiles.

Enter:

Confirm Paste operation / Confirm text in modal.

Esc / Backspace:

Cancel Paste / Clear current selection / Close open modal / Cancel Move operation.

Delete:

Delete selected tiles.

W:

Center Camera to origin.

G:

Toggle Grid visibility.

R:

Reset the entire grid.

S:

Take a Screenshot.

F:

Toggle Sound effects.

H:

Toggle this Help modal.

V:

Toggle Tooltips visibility.

Tool Hotkeys:

1 - 6:

Select Tile (Small, Medium, Large, Yard, Treetop, Underwater).

M:

Select Move Tool.

E:

Select Eraser Tool.

T:

Select Text Tool.

P:

Select Text Painter Tool.

D:

Select Selection Tool.

Paste Preview Hotkeys:

Q:

Rotate previewed selection 90° clockwise.

A:

Flip previewed selection vertically.

Z:

Flip previewed selection horizontally.
